Environetics Design Group, Inc (EDG) is an architecture, interior design, space planning & project management firm that offer in-house capabilities in all aspects of design, management and construction. EDG specializes in the interior design and construction of corporate offices, financial institutions and banks, technology institution, commercial spaces, retail stores and religious spaces.
The EDG Taipei office was established in Dec.1987 with a staff of 14. Now EDG Taipei has transformed into one of the leading Interior Design firms in the Asia Pacific region. With over 30 years of experience, EDG has built up an extensive client base hailing from a variety of sectors. The clients who work with us know they can rely on our tested ability to implement design solutions that are responsive to functional and aesthetic needs.

2018 June – Scholarship Donation to Interior Design Department of Chung Yuan Christian University

We were expecting to provide the advices form the practical practice point of view to students.
2017 Dec. – Donation to Department of Architecture of Shih Chien University for International Volunteer Workshop in Cambodia.
EDG has support this activity for years. The goal of this workshop is to build schools in countryside and helps kids to learn within a safe and healthy environment. The project covers site survey, design, procurement, and construction, which is meaningful for participants. Through this workshop, EDG expects young designers to understand their own profession skills can help people and lead them a much more happy life.
2017 July – Participated in the Workshop of Dialogue in Darkness
Through totally blind experience in the class, we learn the value of diversity, which helps us to realize how different we communicate to others and we should respect different point of views from others. The value has been transferred into EDG sprit.

2017 Mar. –Volunteer for Temporary Stay House of Daddy Chen Project.
EDG completed our second voluntary journey. We were lucky enough to participate in the first and last self-construction projects. Last year, Chin-Lin Book House (青林書屋) was the first self-construction project and Temporary Stay House (安置屋) this year should be the last one. The majority members of EDG Construction Department took part in the event, even the participants were fully occupied by projects. It was an honor that our fresh group was named the most efficient one within all volunteer groups. Furthermore, EDG group worked spontaneously and completed it all alone, which the Temporary Stay House was planned for 3 groups to complete.

2016 Feb. – Donation for recovering the serious earthquake happened on 6th Feb 2016 in Tainan
2016 Feb. –Volunteer for Daddy Chen Book House
This was EDG’s first volunteer journey. The aim of trip was to help an non-profit organization to do the fence construction work of a house where the children could come here to read books and do their homework after school. The organization was founded by Daddy Chen ( that is how children call the founder) in Taitung and had assisted to take care thousands of countryside kids who didn’t have many learning resources and living in a poor circumstances. Although everyone was exhausted during the construction work, we were deeply moved by what Daddy Chen’s contribution and felt joyful that we could devote something to them.
2015 Dec. – Supporting the Environmental Concept of Taiwanese Movie , Fly, Kite Fly
EDG sponsored movie tickets for staffs and families to support the movie, which took 23 years to record the eagles and their habitat.
2015 Nov. – Donation for rebuilding elementary school in Cambodia
Inspired by EDG’s friend, Eric Tam, who has been devoted himself to helping Cambodia children years, EDG donated the project and sincerely hoped the children can have better place for education.
